registrations at: bewerbung@kuenstlerbund.de

Since the end of 2020, the German Artists’ Association has been running the scholarship programme “Digital Mediation Formats” for the Federal Government as part of the NEUSTART KULTUR sub-programme for visual artists. The three-part event series HERBST DIGITAL in Berlin, Leipzig and Dortmund connects the scholarship holders with each other. It presents their projects and discusses their themes and practices with them: What are the effects of the ongoing digitalisation of everyday life and art, and is there a need for funding for digital art? After its launch in Berlin in September, HERBST DIGITAL is entering its second round at the Galerie für Zeitgenössische Kunst Leipzig.
