HIT THE SHELF: MASQUERADE

How do we experience a book? How do we connect with its content? How does it fit into our imagination? How do we acquire our own themes and how do they become entwined with our environment? The third edition of Hit the Shelf has been produced in collaboration with NAF and is correlated with their contribution to the Travesty for Advanced Performers: Walking Through Walls. Publications on The Neo-liberal City, Gender, Territory, Norm, Sound, Trade, Order, and Public Space meet with materials that, at first, appear to have nothing in common, yet, drawing a closer look, create diverse and surprising webs of meaning.
