Kay Bachmann has been studying at the Academy of Visual Arts, Leipzig since 1999 and spent a semester in Italy in 2004. The challenge of understanding the language inspired him to design a book to aid those interested in learning Italian. To this end, he redesigned the layout of the novel “Io non ho paura” (“I have no fear”) by Niccolò Ammaniti to supplement his language teaching.
