A new movement: Re*mapping Leipzig is a city tour that highlights the stories, ongoing struggles and aspirations of women’s movements in Leipzig in diverse locations throughout the city. Several artists have developed contributions for the project, which can be accessed through the app of the same name. In conjunction with the exhibition Maria Pinińska-Bereś, we are hosting guided tours of selected Re*mapping Leipzig locations near the GfZK on three separate dates. The tours offer an opportunity to collectively experience the artistic interventions created for the project.

We recommend weatherproof clothing.  During the walk we will listen to sound and text from the app at some points. Please bring a phone and headphones.
