Play reading: Karolin Meunier, Detach: A Commentary on Carla Lonzi’s „Vai pure”

The conversation between the Italian art critic and feminist Carla Lonzi and her partner Pietro Consagra was published in 1980 under the title “Vai pure” (Engl. “You can go”). Karolin Meunier’s scenic reading takes up the dialogical form and invites us to reflect on Lonzi’s work. The event is part of „Form insistiert. Anordnung der An- und Absprache bei Carla Lonzi“ (Form insists. Arrangement of Arrangement and Agreement in Carla Lonzi), organised by Clio Nicastro and Max Walther, in cooperation with Ideal Art Space Leipzig.
