The series Conservation Machine. Collection and Restoration allows visitors to take a look behind the scenes of the museum, revealing aspects of dealing with pieces of art that are generally hidden from public view. Since 2008, these conservation case studies have been presented and discussed as a part of the exhibitions featuring works from the GfZK collection.
