Smallfilms: Cinema Morocco

In 2019, we start the program for the Friends of the GfZK with the movie screening series Smallfilms initiated in the previous year. We showed the movie Cinema Morocco by Ricardo Calil, telling stories that took place in the once luxurious, now vacant, cinema palace Cine Marroco in São Paulo when it was occupied by a community of homeless people in 2013 and was converted into a kind of cultural center.
In cooperation with the DOK Leipzig, we are showing movies from the archive of the International Festival for Documentary and Animated Film.
