Art Trip: Biennale die Venezia

Since Franciska Zólyom was allowed to curate the German Pavilion for the Biennale Arte in Venice in 2019, it was an even greater pleasure to travel to Venice with the Friends of the GfZK. The Kulturkreis der Deutschen Wirtschaft im BDI accompanied us. Zólyom led us through the Giardini and finally gave us a look behind the scenes of her work for and in Venice. The following day we visited the Arsenale,  the winner of the Golden Lion – the Lithuanian Pavilion – and selected pavilions in the city. After an inspiring program, there was still enough time in the evening to enjoy the city’s cuisine and special atmosphere.
