Peter Kulka. METAPHOR AND METAMORPHOSIS

The new annex of the GfzK’s is a welcome opportunity to look back to 1998 and the official opening of Peter Kulka’s conversion of the old Herfurth’sche Villa, which won the city of Leipzig’s Architectural Prize in 1999. The exhibition “Metaphor and Metamorphosis“ presents recently developed projects and models by Peter Kulka and his associates. It is not a retrospective, but does connect past, present and future in the same way that the buildings of this Dresden-born architect generate a dialogue between zeitgeist and tradition.
