For the Museum Night we invite you to exhibition tours, a workshop, and a drawing session!
›6–9 pm
Workshop at STUDIO INKLUSIV
The workshop will be led by artists and experts with and without disabilities, who will introduce various artistic techniques. If you feel like it, you can get involved yourself – for example, through drawing or photography. Everyone is very welcome!
GfZK Altbau, workshop room, Studio Inklusiv
›6 pm–midnight
Open drawing session: Oscar Murillo. Social Mapping
On the occasion of Oscar Murillo’s exhibition at Das Minsk in Potsdam, people are invited to take part in drawing sessions held around the country as part of a collaborative artwork. You can also help create a collaborative artwork at the GfZK. You and your local community will be free to draw and doodle on blank canvases with pens, pencils, crayons, and biros. At the end of the session the canvases will be collected and sent to Potsdam where they will join material gathered from around the world.
GfZK, Altbau, Auditorium
›7–8 pm Guided tour with sign language translation: Wanderings About History. The Photography of Ulrich Wüst
Ulrich Wüst’s photographic œuvre, which explores Eastern Germany in the broader sense, is not confined to the sunken GDR. It might be described as a pictorial archaeology of our present day. This exhibition by the ifa Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen showcases selected works.

›8–9 pm
Guided tour with curator Simon Kurti and art mediator Johanna Krümpelbeck: Knots of Time
On a tour of the exhibition Knots of Time, you will encounter works by three artists from Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ukraine/Switzerland. They turn their attention to the cultural influences that have shaped them – the belief systems into which they were born, the cities in which they grew up, and the professions of their parents.
